1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using partners.renolist.co (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What This Site Is
The Site provides information about Renolist’s lead-generation service for kitchen & bath remodelers and lets you book a discovery call. The Site itself is not a service agreement — any paid engagement with Renolist is governed by a separate written agreement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to make business decisions on behalf of a remodeling company to book a call.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Renolist name — is owned by Renolist and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without our written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The Site embeds and links to third-party services (for example iClosed for scheduling and Meta platforms for advertising). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
7. No Guarantees
Any results, numbers, or examples shown on the Site are illustrative. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control — including your market, pricing, sales process, and capacity — and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, revenue, or return.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renolist will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
